Description

The item is a womens head with long flowing hair. Her hair is blowing in the wind very well detailed coming to a point at the end. Her gaze is skyward and she is made of frosted glass. The head was cast as there is a parting line that is not too obvious. The base of the womans head at the neck screws into a chrome plated base that has a distinctive automobile motif. The base of her neck is threaded   to allow it to screw into the base The base is made of a base metal,  elongated with the taper going twords the rear of the piece. There is a white switch I believe to be bakelite there are diamond and dot patterns on the switch. The socket for a small bulb inside the base is intact. It has a ceramic socket with a carboard sleave that says leviton patented 75w 125v. The wiring for the socket is intact but the chord for the plug is missing. The base is 1.5x6x3.5 without the womans head in place. There is a rectangular opening with a recess that looks like it may have had a door to access the bulb if it was a door it is missing.
