Your lane chest is in the Chippendale style, originally popular during the mid to late 1700's. The style, while never really ouf production for very long was revived in a new wave of popularity circa 1920 and was made into the 1950's. As for value, one like this would sell at auction in the $200.00- $300.00 range.
