Lighthouse seascape Oil Painting

Description

I bought an old frame with a black and white print inside. Later I found this painting hidden inside the frame with the black and white print covering it. I can't read the signature, so I can't even figure out who the painter is. Any info on this will be very appreciated. Thank you.

History
The only thing I know about this painting is that it was concealed inside a picture frame. It was covered by a black and white print of a lighthouse which didn't have any signatures or markings on it.
