Meito China Pattern

Good morning:

I am trying to identify the pattern of my Meito China, and approximate age.  This was my grandmother's, but has been in our family for years.

If you have a value, that would be great as well.  I am looking to sell the set, which includes serving pieces.  It has been taking up space in my cabinets since my grandmother passed away over 30 years ago.
