Description
This Badge Type is from the Second Regt. Infantry...It has the words NUMERO on one upper side & what looks like NULLI on the other upper side...On the bottom side is written SECUNDUS on both sides of the word VIRTUE
I have little information on this other than it may come from around 1918
I am interested in finding out the origin of this badge such as where it may have been worn on the uniform, and also what it would be made of and if it is of any value?
thankyou for looking... :-)
Re: Military Badge
I have looked at so many cap badges, I am learnning things I didn't know.. But I can not find your bade anywhere, I have tryed, I do see a worth from $5.00 to $20.00 yours is a little ruff. Good Luck, I tryed.
Note: I do not claim to be an expert.....FYI I call it a cap badge because of the two rings on the back side,
Re: Military Badge
Thank you....I do know it was only used 1918-1919... Then the batallion was changed to another name I think...The badge is soiled from being buried & has not been cleaned but basically other than being soiled it is able to be shined up to brand new lol....cheers for that information...
