Description

I purchased this item at an estate sale.  It intriqued me because it's a picture on one side and a mirror on the other side.  The mirror looks old to me, the way they get when they're old, like kind of foggy and no matter how much you windex it, it's still foggy.  The thing that's strange about this item is the circle hook that is on the bottom of the frame. If it was on top you'd think is was to hang the picture/mirror, but it's on the bottom.  And there are no other holes in the frame to suggest there were ever any more than the one it has now.  I wonder if it used to spin or something so that it was a decorative picture when not in use as a mirror.

ps. the frame is made with tiny nails and it is rather heavy weighing in at 1.2oz.
