Found this doll at a garage sale. On back of neck it says moments treasured. 76/500. Her name is Annalee Southern Belle by William Tung. She is 18", hand crafted, hand painted and numbered. I could not find her anywhere in the collectible doll sites or EBay, Craig's list, etc. Does anyone know how old she is and a value? Thank you in advance for your help.
