This picture was given to me about 10 years ago by my grandpa. I don't know anything about it besides its the Notre Dame Cathedral. I can't see a signature or name on it anywhere. I'm not sure if it's sketched art or what it is but it does have some color to it. I just wanted to get more information about it.
