Description
The artwork it self looks almost like a hand drawing but I believe it is printed. I am unsure about the paper because imam afraid of damaging it if I remove it from frame. I got this from a lady who had it for the past 10 years or so she said. I would love to just be able to identify where it came from and how old it is. Any help would be great.

Paper not sure because it is framed and it looks orginal and I do not want to damage it.
Distinguishing marks
Circle marking it bottom right corner inside circle there is a crown on top a letter G in the middle and a word underneath but I can only make out the first letter of the word and the last two letters. First is F last two letter are ZE. It also appears to be stamped on.
