I think the pictures could descirbe the chair better then I could.  Not sure if it is a Chippendale, Queen Anne; or just what type it is exaclty. I do know that it is more than 40 years old.

Re: Older Wingback Chair

This chair is loosely based on  the French Provincial style, a style which seems to go in and out of fashion about every 30 years. It's currently on the "Outs", but we retail examples in good condtion for about $200.00., at auction they often sell for under $75.00.

Re: Older Wingback Chair

Is there a way of telling how old the chair is? Im sure it must be at least 70 years old; possibly more. How can I tell who the maker is?
