Original Signed Watercolor

Original signed by artist Joyce Gilbert Watercolor. Looks like an old watermill? A search for this artist turned up another watercolor (The Bullwheel) that sold at an auction for undisclosed amount with no other info on the artist, I know its her work from the signature . My search turned up info on a Joyce Gilbert watercolor artist but I have no way of determining if its the artist of my painting although I think it is. I also found a search of her name as deceased artist but again am unsure if its her.
