I have tried to figure out this paintings origin for a long time, and the closest I have
come to what could be the artist - and I am probably way off base here - but there
is a painting done by the artist Dedrick Brandes Stuber (1878-1954). He was
trained in New York City but moved to California (which is where I live) in the 1920's.
This painting reminds me of his work. Otherwise, unfortunately, most of my
family is gone now, and I never thought I would be selling their things, so
unfortunately, I have no more information.
Thank you for what you can provide.
Sincerely,
Sallie Raso
Fair
