My guess in age is late 1800s. 1880/1890 or so. The castors on the front legs were common at this time. Other than that, I'm not sure. It's hard to provide information on a lot of these items because there are so many from so many different places made by different people. I personally haven't seen one in this pattern so I cannot say what this might be, other than age.
