Solid black metal with silver decorative plates on it. Still works perfectly. Searched for quite some time for information however cannot find it anywhere. It is a penneys machine made exclusive for the JC penny company and made in japan. Model number is 41-500. I am interested to know about this item and know what the rough value is. I have always been curious about it.
