Re: pictures
There’s a lot of Alexander Gore out there. If you sign up (it’s free) at live auctioneers you can see what things have sold for and hopefully get an idea of the value of yours. I didn’t go through all of them but the highest price was $2000 something but many sold for much less, one went for $15. I’d guess they’re worth between $100 - $200. I can’t make out the signature on the first one. Looks like a watercolor but those numbers near the signature might indicate it’s a numbered print.
The one with the palm tree beach scene seems more like a decoration you would get from a gift shop or craft fair so I don’t think it would count as fine art.
I’m assuming the Lane signature goes with the two abstract face paintings. I’m not finding that one.
