AI Appraisal

Description

I found it in tha attic among the debris of old army trunks. It is a letter to General Ketcham signed by Woodrow Wilson and his secretary of state. There is a stamped date at the bottom, in the cintents of the letter it also states the date clearly. The presedential seal is centered in the middle of the letter.
