Print entitled "Christmas Night"

This was hanging in my parent's living room for decades, now I've inherited it. A man saw it when I was having an estate sale and wanted to buy it and offered me $100. I told him I wanted to research it first, but I haven't been able to find much information. The only identification is in the lower right corner where the title. "Christmas Night", appears in block letters. There is no signature that I can discern. It is in an ornate wooden frame, the outer dimensions I've included in the attached photo. If you need any further info or photos, let me know. Otherwise I was curious as to the original artist was and if $100 was a reasonable offer. Thank you in advance.
