I have this Elmer Chickering photo which is hand signed by him.......the picture has to be of a general/ commander.....i see a congressional medal of honor on the gentlemen's overcoat.....it was taken in year 1900.....Some of his works are worth a fourtune .....can anyone help me identify the man in the picture and tell me the value of this signed piece.....Thanks

If it has a copyright marking on it, it is not an original photograph, it's a print. He took photos of a number of well known people, I don't know who this is.
