<p>This actually a &quot; Games Table&quot; the compartment under the top was to store cards and games. It&#39;s an American Empire styled example, made about 1840. Empire furniture is not in high demand at the present time, comparable pieces sell at auction in the $150.00- $250.00 range.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Lovejoy </p>
