This is a modern print of a painting entitled "Young girl at open half door" done in the mid 17th century. Little value I'm afraid as you can still buy this piece from a variety of vendors.

Nice piece to decorate a house. I agree with the assesment, it isn't like finding a little known painter's work that could be something, it is a Rembrandt. No one would sell it for $100.00 if it was reall looks nice!
