Long Description

Silver ring inscribed with gothic black letters.

The inscription is the three wise men. IASPAR, MELCIOR, BALTASAR (I am not sure…).

The ring is maybe silver (no hallmarks) and the internal diameter is 2.1cm.

The ring was been broken to adjust to a bigger finger and repaired later. (The fracture is between the M and E of MELSIOR).

Origin, UK.

I would want to know if it is a real Medieval ring or maybe a later reproduction and the potential value.

Thank you very much.
