Silver Mongolian duck

I don't know what it is or what it is for, but all I know is my grandmother always told me it was Worthy and she left it to me. She bought it in or around 1982 and spent $1500.00 my dad told me. All I remember her saying is its a silver Mongolian ducks. There are no hallmarks or maybe I just can not find any. Thank you for looking. If anyone has any information on this piece I'd be grateful to hear.
