Either silver or pewter? Not sure it has a mark on the bottom 132. Unsure what this means. Tried to look up online.

Long Description
This is a vintage pewter or silver tray/dish or mini-basket with handle of EG Webster & Son.
It has four feet (with scrollwork); Â a handle that is movable and can lay flat against one or other side). Lots of scrollwork. A leaf pattern on the dish; and leaf and flowers along the edge of the bowl.
Stamp on underside of bowl - very easy to see. (Picture may not be clear).

History
I've had it in my family for years. My mother gave it to me when I moved to Baltimore in 1999. I have never used it. It needs to be cleaned with silver/pewter cloth. But other than that...it's in good condition.
Am willing to part with it...if I can get a fair appraisal and price for it.
