Description
This silver thimble has a band of seven turquoise stones set around the bottom, with ornate fleur de lis type designs in between the stones. The top of the thimble has a small mandela design on it. Otherwise, it is covered with dimples, as per a normal thimble. It is in the original cardboard box, but the top of the box is mostly broken. On the box it clearly states: The Cowell & Hubbard Co. Jewelers Cleveland O. It is most likely from the late 1800s to early 1900s and was owned by the Sister of my Great Grandmother.
