Small tea cup and saucer Carl Thieme Dresden

I can't find anything about this other that we know that is the makers mark. I don't know if it is china or porcelain. I don't know the year or the value. We think it is after 1902 because of the mark on the bottom. It is a small.tea cup size. Saucer is 4 and 1/8th in. And cup is about 2 and 1/2 " in diameter and 2" tall.
