Description

We are a non profit organization that supports victims of domestic violence. We had this peice donated to us. The lady who gave it to us said it was brought up from South America from her grandmother. It is a solid wood Secretary style desk with a drop front. Looks like it takes a skeleton type key to lock it. On the corners of the top, there are pointed metal studs on each side corner, so 4 on each side for a total of 8. Inside there are 4 different compartments for letters, or ink storage. On the front, it has a hand painted south american style home with a palm tree. It has four carved legs with decorative carved supports. It is solid, but shows wear in usual spots. no major damage.
