Description

This silver pear is a Slovakian heirloom smuggled into the United Sates during the 1960's.  This is during the reign of th Soveit Union.  Many Slovakians sent their valuables to family in other countries to protect them from being imbibed into the Soviet government.

Originally had 6 small brandy glasses with gold rims but a few of these have been lost and the rest broken.

Would be great to get an estimate on what you might think its worth.

My guess is it was for drinking pear brandy and its aluminum.  Doesnt look like silver to me. Cute.

It's not aluminum I think the flash made it look that way but yes pear brandy would make a lot of sense.
