plate collector. on the back it has 1/5777 it also has two symbol one says atlanta and the oter is a royal symbol i think it says stone, china, indian and some more words ohecl, qhecl, obecl. something of that nature. could not make it out to good. could you tell me more abouth this plate and value. thank you.
