Found this at an antique store in Saskatchewan Canada. The dealer had no information on it at all.
It appears to be painted on a 3x3 tile and looks like a man leading cows? The frame partially covers the artist signature in the bottom right corner and I am not sure if I should cut it open or not to see. I don't know the year or even the style but it's such a beautifull piece.
I can't find anything like it on the internet and any help would be appreciated.
