USS JFK CVA-67 Bronze seal

I bought a bronze seal it says " United States Ship John F. Kennedy  CVA-67." I read up on the history of the ship and found out that it has been decomission. Their also some other writing that says " Date Nolite Rocare,"  which means give and do not ask.  I tried looking online to see if their were other like it but could not find any. Not sure if this is just a sovenir item or part of the actual ship.
