Victorian Running skater pushing woman in a swan shaped sleigh

By babslouo, 13 October, 2011
Description

This is a figurine, It looks like the sleigh is carved wood, in the shape of a swan. The people look like they are made of composition or paper mache. The covering is a gold covering, and looks like to me it is gold leaf. This figurine doesnt look like it was manufactured.. It appears to maybe be on of a kind or one of a few! The bottom of the sled has a homemade type of felt covering! I hope to find out something about this and or its value!
