Values for silverplate have been in freefall for some time now, we often see sets like this sell for less than $150.00 at auction right now.

Hi I think I have an exact set like yours. It was given to me by my Nan. It was a wedding gift of hers.

Sets like these were popular wedding and anniversary gifts during the first half of the 20th Century, virtually every middle class family had a set that would have been used at special family events and holidays.
