This is a really nice Christmas decoration. I do have a couple questions for you, one being does it look hand painted, have imperfections in the painting or does it have a pontail mark on the bottom? A Pontail mark would indecate it was hand blown, its the area on the bottom of the piece where there would be a ruff spot or indentation maybe sanded down but there would still be some clues there. Its where they cut the piece of glass from the pole it was blown on. Im no expert by any means but this is a beautiful piece and being glass does sometimes make it worth more. Are there any makers marks or maybe other clues of its origin. Its hard for me to tell also without any pictures of the bottom or close ups of the paint and glass. I hope that some of this information may help you discover the origin and possible price of this object. Good luck and Happy Holidays.
