This piece actually dates

This piece actually dates from the first quarter of the 20th Century and is what's referred to as the Colonial Revival Style. The suite to which this piece once belonged were by in the tens of thousands in Grand Rapids Michigan until the early 1930's.Value wise, it depends on condition, but in the rough these often go at auction for under $400.00.
