Description
Husband's grandfather's violin brought with him when he immigrated from Austria.
Inside on a piece of paper glued to the back that you can see from this little squiggly thing (don't you love the depth of my musical knowledge?) it says:
Joseph Guarnerius fecit (with a fancy little cross after)
Cremonae (the o and e are weird) 17 IHS
Re: Violin
Nearly all of these are reproductions of famous makers such as Stradivarius , but were made at the turn of the 19th Century. Values for them depend on their quality of construction and how they sound, all of which are beyond the scope of a online appraisal format. You'd really need to have it physically evaluated.

Thanks!
