Description
This spoon Is made out of sterling silver I think. It says Washington dc in the bowl and has a small figurine of the capitol building on top. The figurine says Capitol building. I have scoured the Internet but can't find another one like it. It has no additional markings. Anybody ever seen one or know anything about them?
