Description

So i don't know much of anything about the piece other than it's Wilcox Wuadriple Plate, I've search the internet and found nothing. Whats interesting is this piece has the following on the bottom, PATENTED CCT.24.1865 (i think CCT is OCT) it also has 69 below  the Wilcox stamp.  I have not found anything by wilcox with just the 69. Above all the stamps you can also see where some etched by hand E H X and tome sort og scrible below that. I actually have cleaned it since the pictures (Except bottom 2 taken with my phone camera) A LOT of the tarnish has come off. Basically i would like to know if anyone know anything about this particular piece as I cannot find anything on it and if it might be worth anything. Thanks.
