All I know is that this looks to me like an original oil on canvas. It looks like the signature says "Winslow." It looks like the same style and colors from my research. I also noted that his signatures varied and sometimes went by Winslow. The painting is of two tall ships in the sea. The canvas is wrapped and stapled in the back. There's no markings nor stickers. The frame in one corner is lightly stamped, "3-w hecho in Mexico." I was planning to share the signature but the site keeps telling me the file is too large, so I cropped it to meet the standards. Please contact me if you're able to give me some insight and perhaps I can email the photos. Thanks!
