I am hopeing someone will have a little insight into this.
I have had it 6 years brought at a market.
Origianally it was a dull black.Im allmost thinking it was still in the wax mould.
Their are 8 peaces to the candle holder.
Even though ive tried to clean all bits ive been concentrating on the arm
Ive spent at least 4 years 6 hous a day brushing as its the only way to clean it I beleave it is Ormolu Gold..Hall marks , numbers i know they are their jst not sure how to identify.any help would be geatly apreciated.

The arms have a different patter on each side one is a mouse .star .moon with face.witch holding a long feather.other mainly flowers also main top stem represent a tower outsde edge of arms castle..soo much detail an workmanship i can see that it is very well preserved because of the wax .has any one seen another?
