With exception of the Singer

With exception of the Singer "Feather Weight" machines, values for mid 20th century sewing machines is very modest for all types. These were made in the millions from the 1860's onwards. The most famous maker, Singer, produced over fifty million machines by the 1870's alone. Today most 1940's machines sell for less than $150.00.
