<p>No, this piece is oak. It&#39;s a turn of the 19th Century piece, similar examples can be found in mail order catalogs from companies such as Sears-Roebuck and Montgomery-Ward during the 1890&#39;s. These were mass produced pieces, most made in the Grand Rapids Michigan area. Most sell today in the $1000.00- $1800.00 range. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Lovejoy </p>
