Description

I  am no expert, but this  appears to be an oil  painting of a tall  ship signed by "Jackson."  The frame shows some wear and the back of the canvas has several small tan blotches as can be seen on the photo below.

The correct measurements are canvas 23.5" x 35"; frame 31" x 42.5" Sorry.

The artist paints hundreds of renditions of the same image and sells them to a wholesaler who markets them cross country.
