All plates that i have seen do not have the same symbols and print on the back. The ones that i have seen on the internet say "The Dresden" but mine do not. It says "Germany Decoration" as seen in the picture.
This plate was made by a Bavarian china company founded in 1838 by Heinrich Eichhorn. Dresden is the type of pattern which was used to decorate the plate which was commen in that region of Germany. The mark on the back indicates that it was made between 1969 and 1995. Plates like these often go for 20+ dollars online
