This is an authentic late 1800's kersene lantern made by Sandwich Glass. The museum has the exact item on display in their collection.The orinal globe is not included

It is a nice piece!

You can get the missing parts too, if you ever want to take it back to the original look. Both reproduction and original pieces are available to do that, depending upon your budget of course!

There would be a wire trim piece that sits under the burner to support the globe, as well as the globe itself of course!

If you want, you can also convert it to power, BUT please do it right! Buy the proper conversion kit (it replaces the burner with a socket, the wick adjustment knob becomes the on/off switch). DO NOT drill out or otherwise modify any of the parts of an old lamp. It renders the piece mostly valueless then.
