AWW Co, Waltham Mass pocket watch

Description

Gold pocket watch with hinged top cover and hinged bottom cover. Flower design on top and bottom cover. There is an inside hinged cover that exposes the woks. Watch face has separate second hand and gold accents around the edge.

Inside top cover, the word Sovereign, a maple leaf, the words Gold Filled and the number 98974. Inside back cover, the number 98974. Inside the works cover, the number 98974.

The works has the words AWW Co Waltham Mass and the number 15988625.

The watch is functional with small dents in the front and back covers. The top cover clasp does not hold the cover closed.

Waltham made millions of these watches, unless they are railroad watches orhave 14-18k gold cases most sell for less than $200.00.

Thanks for the quick reply. That's pretty much what I have gathered for info on the watch. I suspect the only thing going for this watch is the fancy dial.
