Plastic, with brown lid, cream-yellowish in color, brown decal on it with the words 1897 Sears Roebuck Catalogue, Sears.Roebuck and Co., orignated with a capital of $150,000.00, Paid In Full, Reference By Special Permission, Natl Bank Of The Republic Chicago,Metropolitan Natl Bank, Natl Bank Of Illinois, German Exchange Bank New York, Cheapest Supply House on Earth,Our Trade Reaches Around the World, Authorized and Corporated Under the Laws of Illinois, Consumers Guide, Catalogue No. 104, 82 to 96 Fulton, 73 to 87 Desplaines, J17 to 31 Wayman Street CHICAGO, Ill. U.S.A. Has a picture of the horn of plenty, a woman, the earth, house and barn. The print is on both sides of the pitcher.

Sears gave these away with credit card applications, maybe 1980 early 90's they came with cups. Look on the bottom and see if there is a recycle mark, if so then it is even newer....Unless someone is a Sears collector I can see this fetching only a few bucks.

It does not have a recycle mark on it. I think it is neat anyway with all the parts of history of Sears on it. Thanks again.

I have to agree with kathyBeh, this piece is a repro and most likely a 1980's piece when such pieces were being produced by the thousands for nostalgic Baby Boomers.
