I have a similar piece, meaning same time period and country of origin. Mine is 2 handled, also blue/white and a bit larger-14 inches high. It was made by John Maddock & Co. (now defunct) A popular company in the late part of the 19th century. I got it appraised and it was estimated in the $200 range. I belive yours could fetch about $300-$350, mainly because Doulton is still in business and is a well known name today.Good luck.
