Re: 1854 slave collar

I saw one on The Antiques Road Show. I don't remember how much they said it was worth but it was alot. I would contact a good antique dealer on this so your not sorry selling it for a couple thousand to later find out it was worth lots more. I saw a slave cloths iron worth 25'000.00 anything from the slave era is worth lots.

Re: 1854 slave collar

I have a collar similar to yours. It has the same date but a different city. Were you able to find info on the authenticity or value of your collar? Thanks, Don
