A good collection. As all the coins are there and im supposing that they are all the right dates. I would say at auction these would bring around 175-200 american dollars. I would suggest finding a collector, they might pay more to add to there collection.
From working at a coin shop, I saw Whittman albums come in daily (which looks like the company that put this whole set together). This looks like both albums start at 1941 and as such omit all of the collectible dates. Sadly, because so many Wheat pennies were made (from 1909 to 1958), and so many people started packing them away when the design changed, that they're worth around 2-3 cents a piece in average circulated condition. That being said, I would put the value of the books at around $3-$5 a piece.
Crazily enough, the set as an early collector set might be worth more than the books of pennies themselves.
