Wow, what a cool item! I've never seen anything quite like it, but it appears to be a small egyptian canopic jar (which are containers used to hold offerings to the deceased, and the bodies of sacrificed animals, and were put in the grave to serve the dead in the afterlife) Honestly though I wouldn't get too excited, there are a lot of fake egyptian artifacts out there, and you would have to take it to an expert in egyptian art to be sure if it's real, and what it may be worth.
